By learning how to use these skills efficiently, managers and supervisors have the ability to directly and positively influence the performance of their units and divisions.

Participants in this course learn how to prepare the appropriate KPIs, align them with the organizational strategy, and how and when to report them. The participants also learn about a variety of scoreboards and cards, in addition to how to provide constructive feedback in a motivating manner that reflects on performance to cover its shortcomings.
