Objective
This course focuses on agency law, which is a very important section of commercial law, as it deals with contractual, quasi-contractual and non-contractual relationships. Here the student will learn that the agency law presupposes the existence of a person called the agent, this person can act on behalf of another person, called the principal or principal, in order to establish a legal relationship with a third party.
