Introduction

  • Labor economics: the labor market, supply and demand monitoring and analysis, job settlement policy.
  • Working parties in the industrial relationship: international institutions, regional institutions, national institutions, regulating relations between the facility and various institutions.
  • Work climate: analysing the work environment, developing work systems, achieving job satisfaction, and developing loyalty to the institution.
  • Regulations and Legislation: Following up on regulations and legislation, reading, understanding and interpreting regulations and legislation, setting internal regulations, publications and instructions.
  • Collective Bargaining: Effective methods in labor collective bargaining procedures.
  • Training and development policies, training of national cadres, opportunities to benefit from foreign labor, and career path planning.
  • Records of industrial relations: records of complaints, records of investigations, records of foreigners, records of fines, records of collective negotiations.
  • Methods of identifying the motives of work.
  • Factors affecting achieving job satisfaction for employees.
  • Methods of motivation and motivation to work and improve the social climate for work.
