Introduction

Objectives

This course addresses the three pillars of outstanding performance: a set of key performance indicators (KPIs), appropriate means of tracking tangible progress, and the most effective methodologies for intervening and providing constructive feedback. By learning how to use these skills efficiently, managers and supervisors have the ability to directly and positively influence the performance of their units and departments.

Participants in this course learn how to set appropriate KPIs, align them with the organization's organizational strategy, how to report them, and when to do so. Participants also learn about a variety of performance boards and cards, in addition to how to provide constructive feedback in a motivating manner that reflects on performance to cover its shortcomings.
