Introduction

    The importance of training courses is not only limited to professional life, as most of us think but training courses aim to transfer knowledge and practical experiences that enrich the skills of individuals and enhance their self-confidence, which contributes to the preparation of cadres which in turn contributes to the development and progress of institutions. Objectives

This course addresses the three pillars of outstanding performance: a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), appropriate methods for tracking tangible progress, and the most effective methodologies for intervention and constructive feedback. By learning how to use these skills efficiently, managers and supervisors have the ability to directly and positively influence the performance of their units and divisions.

Participants in this course learn how to prepare the appropriate KPIs, align them with the organizational strategy, and how and when to report them. The participants also learn about a variety of scoreboards and cards, in addition to how to provide constructive feedback in a motivating manner that reflects on performance to cover its shortcomings.
