Introduction

Objective

With a focus on the disciplined foundations in preparing the brochure of conditions and specifications in its four sections, including the technical specifications section.

The first axis: the stage of preparing for the contract

  • What is meant by tender and practice, and their types.
  • Internal processing of tender and practice.

Second Axis: Tender Procedures, Practices and Documents

  • Preparing the brochure of conditions and specifications.
  • The origins of the tender announcement (data - effects).
  • Procedures and documents required in tenders and practices.

The third axis: disbursing envelopes and receiving bids

  • Purchase/disbursement of tender envelope and practice (procedures - documents).
  • Receive/submit the bid (procedures - documents and fund).
  • Procedures and documents required in tenders and practices.

Fourth Axis: Opening, examining and deciding bids

  • Fund opening principles
  • Bid opening procedures and analysis.
  • Deciding on bids. Cases of tender cancellation and practice.

Fifth Axis: Developing and implementing a very tight tender and practice

  • Awarding of the winning bid.
  • Common problems in tenders and practices across its various stages and ways to overcome them.
  • The best steps for contracting by way of bidding/practice.
  • Develop and implement a very tight bid/exercise.
